🐾 Porcupine Prophecies: A Message from Master the Mystic

ā€œJust because you can chase something, doesn’t mean you should.ā€

— Master the Beagle, currently in porch jail.

Hi. I’m Master.

Blue tick beagle.

Professional sniffer, spiritual sidekick… and, as of yesterday, a porcupine survivor.

Yesterday, I felt the wind shift. I just knew something big was moving near the cabin. So naturally, I followed my instincts and channeled my inner Knight of Swords — charging full speed ahead toward destiny.

Only… destiny had quills. šŸ¦”

Two tiny porcupine needles to the face later, and suddenly I’ve found myself in the Eight of Swords, confined behind a porch barricade Mom built like it’s guarding sacred scrolls. (I’m not saying she overreacted… but she definitely overreacted.)

She told me I needed to ā€œsit with the lesson.ā€

I told her I’ve officially entered my Hermit card era — reflecting, meditating, and trying not to scratch the swelling.

So here’s my message for the collective:

Sometimes the most courageous move is not to chase what’s poking at your energy.

Sometimes it’s to pause,Ā breathe, and let the porcupine pass in peace.

Spirit always speaks.

And sometimes… She speaks through quills.

šŸŒ€ Footer: This message was delivered in good humor (and mild embarrassment) by Master the Mystic and lovingly transcribed by DreamaLynn.

At Tarot with DreamaLynn, I believe that every step of the journey — even the awkward, painful, or pokey parts — is sacred. Whether you’re facing your own porcupine, stepping into your Hermit era, or learning how to stop charging like the Knight of Swords, Spirit meets you where you are.

Until next time, take great care of yourselves…

and as always, may your love and kindness boomerang back to you. šŸ’«
